高血压性脑出血的临床与CT表现分析

目的 分析高血压性脑出血的临床与CT表现,探讨高血压脑出血的因素及治疗和预防.方法 回顾性分析36例高血压脑出血的临床特征、CT表现、治疗方法及影响预后的因素.结果 术后随访3～6个月,采用ADL分级法:Ⅰ级12例,Ⅱ级8例,Ⅲ级6例,Ⅳ级5例,植物生存2例,死亡3例.结论 高血压脑出血可进行有效治疗及预防,CT检查及CT表现的分析对高血压脑出血治疗及预后有很大的帮助.

CLINICAL AND CT ANALYSIS OF HYPERTENSIVE CEREBRAL HEMORRHAGE

Objective To explore the clinical and CT analysis of the cause and therapy for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods The image features, clinical manifestations and prognosis of 36 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were reviewed retrospectively in this literature.Results The ADL classification showed that 12 cases of GradeⅠ,8 cases of Grade Ⅱ,6 cases of Grade Ⅲ and 5 cases of Grade Ⅳ were confirmed. 2 cases still lived like a vegetable ,3 cases died after operation.Conclusion Hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage can be cured and prevented effectively by means of CT examination and clinical analyses.
