术后早期炎性肠梗阻40例诊治体会

目的:探讨术后早期炎性肠梗阻的临床特点及诊断、预防。方法:回顾性分析40例腹部手术后早期炎性肠梗阻的临床表现、治疗方法,并提出预防措施。结果:40例术后早期炎性肠梗阻均经胃肠减压、应用生长抑素及全肠外营养支持等治疗痊愈,平均治愈时间14d。结论:术后早期炎性肠梗阻多发生在术后2周以内,临床上有典型的肠梗阻症状和体征,多为小肠炎性水肿粘连所致,应采用非手术治疗。

Diagnostic and treated experience of 40 cases with early postoperative inflammatory intestinal obstruction

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics, diagnosis and prevention of early postoperative inflammatory intestinal obstruction. Method Clinical manifestations and treatments of 40 cases with early inflammatory intestinal obstruction after abdominal operation were retrospectively analyzed and the preventive measures were put forward. Results 40 cases with early postoperative inflammatory intestinal obstruction were all cured through gastrointestinal decompression, application of growth inhibition hormone and parenteral nutrition support. The average treatment time was 14 days. Conclusion Most of early postoperative inflammatory intestinal obstructions occur within 2 weeks after operation and with typical symptoms and signs, which usually caused by inflammatory edema and adherence in small intestine. Non-operative treatment is the choice.
