| 摘 要： | 目的: 探讨椎管引流术治疗脑挫裂伤合并蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)的临床疗效。方法: 对15例脑挫裂伤SAH患者在常规抢救治疗的基础上,早期进行腰穿置管,缓慢多次引流脑脊液。结果: 15例椎管引流8~20例次;存活12例,生存率80%,8例恢复工作。结论: 常规抢救治疗同时加用椎管引流术有助于提高SAH的存活率,改善其预后。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effect of spinal canal drainage by draining the cerebrospinal fluid in patients with brain injury combined with subarachnoid hemorrhage.Methods:Fifteen patients with brain injury accompanied by subarachnoid hemorrhage were analyzed.Results:All the cases were performed vertebral drainage for 8 to 20 times.Twelve patients survived and the survive rate was 80%.Eight patients resumed the original state.Conclusions:The therapy of vertebral drainage in addition to vertebral canal operation can increase the survival rate of patients with cerebral contusion subarachnoid hemorrhage and improve the prognosis. |
