| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨青蒿琥酯(Art)抑制卵巢癌细胞株(CAOV3)增殖及p38通路的影响及机制。方法:培养卵巢癌细胞株(CAOV3),以四甲基偶氮唑盐(MTT)比色法及克隆形成实验测定Art抑制卵巢癌细胞株CAOV3增殖的作用。免疫印记法测定p-p38、Cyclin D1及p21waf/cip1表达。免疫沉淀法纯化蛋白并p38试剂盒测定p38活性。结果:MTT实验及克隆分析法均显示Art明显抑制CAOV3细胞增殖,Art抑制p-p38表达及活性、下调Cyclin D1表达,同时上调p21waf/cip1表达。结论:青蒿琥酯可以抑制卵巢癌细胞株(CAOV3)增殖,其机制与影响p38通路及下游Cyclin D1、p21waf/cip1表达有关。
