| 摘 要： | 目的]观察损伤控制性手术(DCS)在严重胰腺损伤病人救治中的应用效果,探讨其护理措施。方法]将41例严重胰腺损伤病人随机分为两组,观察组26例,对照组15例,观察组采用DCS治疗,对照组采用传统手术方式。比较两组病人的治疗效果。结果]观察组术后pH值高于对照组,体温、凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间等均低于对照组(P均<0.05);观察组术后并发症及死亡均少于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论]在严重胰腺损伤病人救治中应用DCS治疗优于传统手术方式。
