东海县居民户碘盐食用状况动态监测分析

目的了解东海县居民户碘盐食用状况,为今后碘缺乏病防治工作提供科学依据。方法根据《江苏省碘盐监测方案实施细则》进行采样,按照《制盐工业通用试验标准—碘的测定》GB/T13025.7—2012进行检测。结果 2012—2013年共检测600份居民户食盐,碘盐合格率98.66%,碘盐覆盖率99.83%,合格碘盐食用率99.33%,非碘盐检出率0.17%,盐碘均数为25.8±4.48mg/kg。结论东海县居民户碘盐覆盖率、碘盐合格率、非碘盐率、合格碘盐食用率均达到了国家《碘缺乏病消除标准》GB16006—2008的要求。

Dynamic monitoring of iodized salt eating on household level in Donghai County

Objective To understand the status of iodized salt eating on household level in Donghai County, so as to provide the evidence for improving the prevention and control of iodine deficiency disorders ODD）. Methods From 2012 to 2013, the samples of 600 households were collected according to the ＂Iiangsu iodized salt monitoring program implementation details＂, and the iodine content was detected by titration neutralization （GB/T13025. 7-1999） according to the ＂The Iodized Salt Surveillance Execution Programme of Nation＂. Results Among the 600 samples, the rate of qualified iodized salt was 98.66%, the coverage rate of iodized salt was 99.83%, the intake rate of qualified iodized salt was99. 33%, the rate of non-iodized salt was 0. 17%, and the mean iodine content was 25.8 ± 4. 48 mg/kg. Conclusious The coverage rate of iodized salt, the rate of qualified iodized salt, the rate of non-iodized salt, and the intake rate of qualified iodized salt in Donghai County have achieved the requirements of ＂Elimination of Iodine Deficiency Disorders Standard＂ GB16006-2008.
