| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨PDCA管理对胃癌术后患者实施家庭护理干预的方法与效果。方法:选取2011年10月～2012年10月我院胃癌手术出院患者76例为研究对象,随机等分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组应用PDCA管理(即计划、执行、检查、处理)实施家庭护理干预。比较两组患者健康知识的知晓情况和生活质量。结果:观察组健康知识知晓情况优于对照组(P0.05),生活质量各维度得分均高于对照组(P均0.05)。结论:应用PDCA管理对胃癌术后患者实施家庭护理干预可以有效提高患者健康知识知晓率,提高其生活质量。

| Abstract: | To explore the method and effect of family nursing intervention on postoperative gastric cancer patients with PDCA management. Meth-ods：The control group with routine nursing,the observation group application of PDCA Management （ plan,implementation,examination,treatment） family nursing intervention. Compared two groups of patients with health knowledge and quality of life. Results：In the observation group, the awareness rate of health knowledge was better than that of the control group （P〈0. 05）,quality of life score higher than that of the control group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：The application of PDCA management can effectively improve the awareness rate of health knowledge of patients with gastric cancer patients after operation for family nursing intervention,improve the quality of life. |
