摘    要:目的:探讨盆底肌电刺激对产后尿失禁产妇盆底功能改善的作用。方法:选取我科2013年4月~2014年3月分娩后发生尿失禁产妇96例,随机等分为观察组和对照组,对照组行盆底肌训练,观察组在此基础上给予盆底肌电刺激治疗,比较两组治疗后盆底肌肉张力指标及尿失禁情况。结果:观察组治疗后盆底静息压和收缩压高于对照组,盆底收缩持续时间长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),观察组治疗后仍存在尿失禁产妇低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:盆底肌电刺激促进了产后尿失禁产妇盆底功能的改善,值得临床推广。

Abstract:This study investigated the electrical stimulation on postpartum urinary incontinence pelvic floor function. Methods:From April 2013 to March 2014 chose 96 cases with postpartum urinary in continence were randomly divided into study group and control group,all cases underwent pelvic floor muscle training therapy,given comfort care,patients in study group were treated on the basis of pelvic floor electrical stimulation treatment. Compared two groups of pelvic floor muscle tension index and incidence of urinary incontinence after treatment. Results:After treatment,the study group of pelvic floor resting pressure and systolic blood pressure was significantly higher than the control group,the pelvic floor contraction duration was significantly longer than that of control group,with significant difference (P〈0. 05),and the urinary incontinence of study group was lower than the control group (P〈0. 05). Conclusion:Early electrical stimulation could promote the recovery of pelvic floor muscle tension,and promote the detrusor muscle control of micturition,thereby im-prove urinary incontinence, improve the life quality of the patients.
