彩色多普勒超声对下肢深静脉血栓的诊断价值

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声(CDFI)对下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)的诊断价值。方法采用阿洛卡3500彩色多普勒超声诊断仪,对113例经临床证实的下肢深静脉急、慢性血栓患者进行检查,观察其二维图像、彩色血流特点及频谱特征。结果 113例患者中左侧血栓75例(66.4%),右侧36例(31.8%),左右侧同时发病2例(1.8%)。急性血栓为均匀低回声,不均匀偏高回声多提示慢性血栓。结论彩色多普勒超声检查是准确、敏感、无创,且可重复性,是诊断下肢深静脉血栓的有效方法之一,对临床治疗具有指导意义。

Value of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs

Objective To explore the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of deep vein thrombosis of the lower limbs. Methods By using Aloka 3500 color Doppler ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus, 113 patients with acute and chronic deep vein thrombosis of the lower limbs were examined. Results Among the 113 cases, 77 cases were found of venous thrombosis in the left lower limbs （66. 4 % ）, 36 cases in the right （31. 8 % ）, and 2 cases in both （ 1 . 8 % ）. Acute thrombosis was found of lower and even echo, and chronic had uneven and high echo. Conclusions The color Doppler ultrasonography is accurate, sensitive, noninvasive, and of repeatability in the diagnosis of deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremities.
