产后早期综合康复治疗对盆底神经肌电生理的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨产后盆底肌综合康复治疗对盆底神经肌电生理的影响,评估盆底肌功能的康复情况。方法:将162例经阴道分娩的初产妇采用掷币方法分为对照组80例和治疗组82例。治疗组于产后24 h进行盆底肌综合训练,产后42 d进行生物反馈-电刺激治疗;对照组仅在产后给予一般性康复指导。产后3个月分别测量两组产妇的盆底肌Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类肌纤维电压,盆底肌收缩力及盆底器官脱垂情况,从而评估盆底肌功能的康复情况。结果:产后3个月治疗组产妇Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类肌纤维肌电压高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组产妇盆底肌收缩力、盆底器官脱垂情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:产后早期进行生物反馈-电刺激结合盆底肌综合训练对产后盆底肌功能的康复有显著效果。

Early postpartum pelvic floor muscle effect of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on pelvic nerve electrophysiology

Abstract:Study of postpartum pelvic floor muscle effect of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on pelvic nerve electrophysiology,rehabilitation assessment of pelvic floor muscle function. Methods:162 cases of primipara of vaginal delivery by tossing coins were randomly divided into treatment group (82 cases) and control group (80 cases). The treatment group in 24 hours postpartum pelvic floor muscle training, postpartum 42 days of biological feed-back-electrical stimulation treatment,the control group only give general guidance in the postpartum rehabilitation. Pelvic floor muscle class Ⅰ,Ⅱ type muscle fiber voltage between two groups were measured by 3 months postpartum,pelvic floor muscle contraction,pelvic organ prolapse cases,to evaluate the recovery of pelvic floor muscle function. Results:3 months postpartum maternal treatment group Ⅰ,Ⅱ muscle voltage were higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P〈0. 05). Two groups of maternal pelvic floor muscle contraction,pelvic organ prolapse cases,the differ-ences were statistically significant (P〈0. 05). Conclusion:Early postpartum period of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor muscles integrated training has the significant effect of postpartum pelvic floor muscle function recovery.
