高校护理专业学生的专业认同调查分析

目的:探讨高校护理专业学生的专业认同的现状和特点。方法:采用问卷调查法对某医科院校的护理专业学生进行调查分析,并结合实际情况对教育工作者提出建议。结果:高校护生在对护理专业的认识上认为专业技能操作是最重要的,而对护理专业的前途没有过高的期望,护理学生的专业认同存在着个体差异。结论:护理学生的专业认同有其特有的特点,建议教育工作者重视学生专业认同方面的教育和引导,提高护理专业学生的学习兴趣。

Investigation and analysis the professional identification of college nursing students

To explore the nursing students′professional identification status and characteristics. Methods：A questionnaire survey was conducted to study in the college nursing students. Results：College nursing students considered that the professional skill was the most important,and the nursing pro-fessional career did not expect too much. There were individual differences among nursing students′ professional identification. Conclusion：College nursing students′professional identification has its unique characteristics. Suggest that educators attach importance to students′professional identification aspects of education and guidance,improve nursing students learning interest.
