细节护理在胰岛素泵治疗糖尿病患者中的应用

目的:探讨细节护理在胰岛素泵治疗糖尿病中的应用效果。方法:将我科2012年3月～2013年6月收治的80例采用胰岛素泵治疗的糖尿病患者随机等分成观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予细节护理干预。比较两组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖,血糖达标时间、胰岛素用量及心理状态评分。结果:观察组血糖控制情况优于对照组(P0.05),血糖达标时间短于对照组(P0.05),胰岛素用量少于对照组(P0.05),心理状态评分低于对照组(P0.05)。结论:对应用胰岛素泵治疗糖尿病的患者中实施细节护理干预,有利于血糖的控制,消除其焦虑心理,减轻心理负担,对患者的康复起到了积极的作用。

Application of quality care on insulin pamp treatment diabetes

To investigate the quality of nursing intervention in the value of diabetes insulin pump therapy. Methods：80 patients with diabetes used insulin pump therapy in patients admitted to our department from March 2012 to June 2013 period were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing interventions,giving quality care to observe the intervention group compared two groups of patients with impaired fasting glucose,2-hours postprandial blood glucose,blood glucose time,insulin dosage,mental state score. Results：The glycemic control better than the control group,the difference was significant （P〈0. 05）,mental status scores were significantly better than the control group,the difference was significant （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：The application of insulin pump therapy for patients with diabetes to implement quality care,help control blood sugar in pa-tients with diabetes,eliminate the psychological anxiety, reduce the psychological burden on the patient′s rehabilitation has played a positive role.
