摘    要:目的:探讨品管圈(QCC)活动对口服中毒患者洗胃期间并发症发生率的影响,以寻求有效降低洗胃并发症的护理方法,确保洗胃效果及患者安全。方法:选取2012年1~10月急诊口服中毒洗胃患者154例为对照组,2013年1~10月急诊口服中毒洗胃患者154例为观察组。对照组患者按常规洗胃方法进行护理,观察组患者按QCC活动步骤进行护理,比较两组患者一次性插管成功率及洗胃期间并发症发生率。结果:观察组患者一次性插管成功率高于对照组,洗胃并发症发生率低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:品管圈活动能显著降低口服中毒患者洗胃并发症的发生率,保障患者安全,提高治疗效果。

Observation the effect of quality control circle reduce oral complications of gastric lavage

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the quality control circle ( QCC) poisoning effect of complications occurred during the period of gastric lavage in patients on oral,seeking to reduce nursing complications of gastric lavage,ensure the effect of gastric lavage and patient safety. Methods:From Jan. -Oct. 2012 emer-gency gastric lavage in patients with oral poisoning 154 cases as control group. Selected the QCC group was established in Jan. -Oct. 2013 month emergency gastric lavage in patients with oral poisoning 154 cases for the observation group. The patients of control group were given routine care methods of gastric lavage, patients in study group were treated with care according to the steps of QCC activity,compared two groups of one-time success rate of intubation and the inci-dence of complications of gastric lavage. Results:Patients in the observation group the one-time success rate of intubation was higher than control group gastric lavage complication rate was lower than control group,there was significant difference between two groups (P〈0. 05). Conclusion:QCC can significantly re-duce the incidence of complications in patients with oral poisoning gastric lavage,ensure the safety of patients,improve the therapeutic effect.
