湿性敷料在腹部术后切口脂肪液化患者中的应用

目的:探讨湿性敷料在腹部术后切口脂肪液化患者中的应用效果。方法:选择2010年6月～2013年6月腹部术后切口脂肪液化患者100例,随机等分为观察组和对照组,观察组患者采用湿性敷料进行治疗,对照组患者采用传统方法进行治疗,比较两组患者的疗效、疼痛程度、换药次数、愈合时间。结果:观察组患者疗效优于对照组(P0.05),疼痛评分低于对照组(P0.05),换药次数少于对照组(P0.05),愈合时间短于对照组(P0.05)。结论:应用湿性敷料能有效提高患者疗效,降低腹部术后切口脂肪液化患者的疼痛分数,减少换药次数,缩短愈合时间,值得临床推广应用。

Analysis of incision fat liquefaction of moist dressing effect after abdominal operation

To investigate the moist dressing applied to the abdominal incision fat liquefaction effect. Methods：Randomly selected in our hospital from June 2010 to June 2013 were abdominal incision fat liquefaction in 100 patients as the research object,according to the admission time were successive-ly extracted were divided into observation group and control group. The observation group were treated by wet dressing therapy,patients in the control group used traditional methods of treatment. Compared two groups of patients with changing frequency,the degree of pain and healing time. Results：Patients with pain scores,changing frequency,currative effect in observation group were better than the control group,and there was significant difference （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：The application of wet dressing can effectively reduce postoperative abdominal incision fat liquefaction patients pain scores,changing frequency, improve the patient′s healing time,has a good clinical effect,worthy of promotion.
