原发性肾小球肾炎患者尿中结缔组织生长因子的检测及其临床意义

目的 探讨原发性肾小球肾炎患者尿中结缔组织生长因子(CTGF)水平的变化及临床意义.方法 选择原发性肾小球肾炎患者48例,正常对照组32例,应用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定其尿中CTGF分泌水平,应用比浊法检测尿蛋白定量,全自动生化分析仪检测血浆清蛋白、血肌酐、血尿素氮等生化指标,选用肾小球指数、肾小管间质病变程度作为评价肾脏病理损害的指标,并与尿中CTGF水平进行相关性分析.结果 原发性肾小球肾炎组患者尿CTGF水平较对照组升高,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).原发性肾小球肾炎组患者尿CTGF水平与尿蛋白指数、血肌酐水平、血尿素氮水平、肾小球指数、肾间质病变程度呈正相关(r值分别为0.453、0.368、0.339、0.412、0.397,P＜0.05),而与血浆清蛋白水平无明显相关性.结论 原发性肾小球肾炎患者尿中CTGF水平升高,检测尿中CTGF水平可能成为评价慢性肾小球肾炎患者肾脏病变严重程度的指标.

Urinary Excretion Rate of Connective Tissue Growth Factor in Primary Glomerulonephritis and Its Clinical Significance
