| 摘 要： | 目的：制备一种治疗小儿肺炎的颗粒剂，并观察其临床疗效。方法：根据协定处方结合现代制剂技术制备小儿安肺颗粒。治疗组在对照组应用抗生素及抗病毒药物基础上加用小儿安肺颗粒，现察其疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率96．2％．对照组总有效率88，6％，差异有统计学意义（r=6．09，P〈0．05），未见不良反应发生。结论：小儿安肺颗粒制备工艺合理，临床应用效果显著，是较好的治疗小儿肺炎的药物。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the clinical effects of self-made Anfei Granules in treatment of pneumonia.Methods: Anfei Granules were prepared,and this study was to make a comparative study of the treatment of pneumonia with antibiotics and antivirals,and Anfei Granules.Results: The total responsing rate was as follows: the treatment group 96.2% and the control group 88.6%,there was a significant difference between the two groups and no severe side effects were found.Conclusions: The Anfei Granules is ideal and effctive to treat children with pneumonia. |
