| 摘 要： | 目的通过观察讨论创伤性休克患者在急救护理中的临床表现及各种实验室指标变化,总结创伤性休克的院前急救及护理经验。方法通过2009年5月～2011年12月我院收治的138例创伤性休克患者在急救过程中实施相关的急救护理措施。结果 126例患者得到成功抢救,12例死亡。结论创伤性休克来势凶险,病情危急,需要临床医生及护理人员的积极配合,并运用先进的治疗措施是保证患者得到有效救治的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective By observing the discussion of traumatic shock patients in emergency care in the clinical manifestations and laboratory indexes,traumatic shock in pre-hospital first aid and nursing experience. Methods From May,2009 to December,2011 in our hospital,138 cases of traumatic shock patients were implemented first-aid nursing measures. Results 126 patients obtained successful rescue,12 patients died. Conclusions Traumatic shock is dangerous,in critical condition,the needs of clinicians and nursing staff to cooperate actively,and the application of advanced treatment for measure,which is the guarantee to effectively treat patients with traumatic shock. |
