临床微生物学室间质量评价结果分析

摘    要:目的总结部、省室间质量评价结果,提高实验室微生物鉴定水平。方法 2001-2009年参加卫生部和湖北省临检中心的微生物学室间质评活动,菌株鉴定采用法国梅里埃VITEK32细菌鉴定系统进行鉴定,药敏试验采用K-B法,药敏试验结果判定以CLSI/NCCLs标准进行。结果部、省质评菌株共239株,其中革兰阳性球菌50株,肠杆科菌细菌67株,非发酵菌46株,奈瑟菌属细菌8株;肠杆科菌和肠球菌属细菌鉴定正确率较高为100.0%,菌株鉴定总正确率为92.1%;药敏试验共测试63株菌,总正确率为90.5%。结论参加微生物室间质评活动对提高细菌鉴定水平、促进抗生素的合理使用有积极的推动作用。

Abstract:Objective To sum up results of the ministry of health and Hubei province in external quality assessment(EQA),and improve the level of laboratory identification of microorganisms. Methods Microbiology external quality assessment activities in the ministry of health and clinical laboratory center of Hubei province was conducted from 2001 to 2009. The bacterial strains were identified using French biomerieux VITEK32 bacterial identification system. The drug sensitivity was tested using the K-B method,and the results of drug sensitivity test was determined using the CLSI/NCCLs standard. Results The identification coincidence rate was 92.1% of 239 strains of bacteria. Drug sensitivity test of 63 strains of bacteria was done and the correct rate was 90.5%. Conclusion Microbial activity in external quality assessment can improve the identification of bacteria and promote the level of rational use of antibiotics.
