人血清胎盘生长因子浓度与冠心病的相关性研究

摘    要:目的比较冠心病患者和健康人血清中胎盘生长因子(PIGF)水平,探讨其与冠心病、冠脉病变程度、心肌损伤的相关性。方法采用ELISA法测定87例冠心病患者(冠心病组)及61例健康人(对照组)血清的PIGF水平,分析血清PIGF水平与冠心病的相关性;将冠状动脉造影结果与血清PIGF水平进行比较,分析血清PIGF水平与冠心病患者冠脉病变支数及Gensini冠脉病变积分之间的相关性;以cTnI0.03ng/ml和0.1ng/ml为分界值,将冠心病组分成冠心病Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组,比较各组之间血清PIGF水平。结果冠心病组血清PIGF水平为(11.55±3.10)ng/ml,高于对照组的(5.81±2.21)ng/ml,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。血清PIGF水平与冠脉病变支数和Gensini冠脉病变积分均无相关性(P〉0.05)。冠心病Ⅱ组和冠心病Ⅲ组血清PIGF水平分别为(13.12±2.45)、(14.62±3.25)ng/ml,与冠心病Ⅰ组的(9.10±2.31)ng/ml比较,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论血清PIGF水平与冠心病、心肌受损之间存在相关性,PIGF水平与冠脉梗塞的严重程度的相关性需进一步研究。

Abstract:Objectives To study the correlation between the levels of serum placenta growth factor(PIGF)and the incidence and severity of coronary artery diseases. The association of serum PIGF with the acute myocardial injury was also investigated. Methods Serum level of PIGF in 87 CAD patients and 61 healthy subjects were measured by ELISA. The severity of coronary artery damage was assessed by Gensini coronary scoring system. CAD patients were divided into three groups according to the value of cTnI, namely 0.03 ng/ml, between 0.03 ng/ml and 0.1 ng/ml, and 0.1 ng/ml. The levels of serum PIGF were then compared. Results Serum level of PIGF in CAD group was significantly higher than the control group(P0.05). There was no correlation between the level of serum PIGF and the number of coronary vessel in the CAD patients. There was also no correlation between the level of PIGF and Gensini coronary artery score (P0.05). The levels of PIGF in the group II (13.12±2.45)ng/ml] and Ⅲ(14.62±3.25)ng/ml] patents were significantly highly than the group I (9.10±2.31)ng/ml] patients(P0.05). Conclusions A significant association between a high level of serum PIGF and coronary artery disease with myocardial damage was observed. The association between serum PIGF level and the severity of coronary infarction warranted further study.
