| 摘 要： | 目的:探索在基层医院应用手法碎核小切口摘除高度近视眼白内障联合人工晶状体植入手术的效果。方法:观察高度近视眼94眼白内障手法小切口摘除及人工晶状体植入术的安全性、并发症和术后视力结果。结果:术后随访12mo最佳矫正视力大于0.5者77眼(82%),低于0.5者17眼(18%),并发症包括后囊破裂8眼,角膜水肿19眼,黄斑囊性水肿3眼。结论:高度近视眼手法小切口白内障摘除及人工晶状体植入术是安全有效的。

| Abstract: | AIM:To study the clinical effects of cataract extraction and intraocular lens(IOL)implantation with small incision in patients with high myopia.METHODS:Ninety cataract cases(94 eyes)of high myopia underwent cataract extraction and IOL implantation with small incision.The complications,safety and postoperative visual acuity(VA)were studied.RESULTS:The complications included rupture of poster capsule(8 eyes),corneal edema(19 eyes)and cystoid macular edema(3 eyes).The best corrected VA at 12 months after the surgery was over 0.5 in 77 eyes(82%)and under 0.5 in 17 eyes(18%)respectively.CONCLUSION:The cataract extraction and IOL implantation with small incision in patients with high myopia were effective and safe. |
