| 摘 要： | 目的:分析血必净注射液不良反应发生的规律及特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:检索1994-2011年中国医药期刊全文数据库和中华医学会全文数据库内有关血必净注射液不良反应的文献进行统计分析。结果:血必净注射液所致不良反应多在用药30 min内发生,多为速发型变态反应,临床主要表现为胸闷、憋气、心慌、心悸、呼吸困难、呼吸急促、血压降低,严重者可致过敏性休克。结论:临床医师、药师应了解血必净注射液所致不良反应的规律和特点,加强其应用的监测,以减少不良反应的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the characteristics of the adverse drug reactions(ADR) associated with Xuebijing injection and provide reference for clinical medicination.Methods: ADR of Xuebijing injection reported in China Journal FuIl Data(CJFD) and Chinese Medical Association FuIl Data(CMAFD) from 1994 to 2011 were collected and analyzed statistically.Results: ADR of Xuebijing injection always attack within 30 minutes after injection,which mainly was immediate allergy.Clinical manifestations include chest distress,breath holding,cardiopalmus,anhelation and blood pressure degrading.Severe allergic reaction could result in anaphylactic shock.Conclusion: Clinicians and pharmacists should familiarize the pauem and characteristics of ADR induced by Xuebijing injection and tighten monitoring on its using to reduce the incidences of ADR. |
