中药调节肾脏细胞信号通路机制的研究进展

摘    要:肾脏细胞的增殖、分化和凋亡以及相关细胞因子、炎症介质的表达都与细胞信号通路有密切的关系.这些信号通路包括酪氨酸激酶通路、转化生长因子-β/Smaad通路、Rho/Rho相关卷曲螺旋形成蛋白激酶通路、肌醇磷脂通路、环核苷酸 '通路、核因子kB通路等.单味中药及其提取物(如大黄、雷公藤甲素等)和一些中药复方(如黄芪当归合剂、柴苓汤等)不仅可以通过调节细胞信号通路而改善肾脏细胞的增殖、分化和凋亡,而且,还可以通过干预信号通路中关键信号分子的磷酸化过程,从而调控靶基因的转录、表达以及相应的生物学效应.
