精液对子宫内膜蜕膜化及胚胎发育的影响

摘    要:目的探讨精液成分对子宫内膜蜕膜化及胚胎发育的影响。方法(1)子宫内膜细胞蜕膜化后分别加入人精子及精浆共培养,观察蜕膜化的间质细胞生长情况并测定培养液中泌乳素(PRL)含量。(2)内膜培养8 d后,加入小鼠2-细胞期胚胎继续培养,观察胚胎的发育情况及内膜细胞生长情况。(3)建立假孕鼠模型,观察精液在胚胎移植中的作用。结果(1)精浆组子宫内膜间质细胞蜕膜化程度明显优于精子组和对照组,PRL分泌量有显著性差异(P<0.05),而精子组和对照组无明显差异。(2)精浆能促进8细胞以后的胚胎在子宫内膜细胞上的卵裂、囊胚形成、孵化、粘附和扩展性生长(P<0.05)。(3)胚胎移植过程中精子对植入率没有影响。结论(1)精浆能促进子宫内膜间质细胞蜕膜化,促进PRL的分泌。(2)精浆能促进胚胎在子宫内膜细胞共培养体系中的发育。(3)精浆与精液对囊胚着床作用可能相同,而精子在胚胎植入过程中没有作用。
