摘    要:目的探讨电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪(ICP—AES)法检测花粉中微量金属元素的含量,并了解花粉作为营养品对人们的食用价值。方法从石家庄市多处花粉出售市场购买23份不同种类或不同产地的花粉样品,用微波消解法消解这23种花粉样品,利用ICP—AES测定其中的铁、铜、锌、锰、铝、铬、铅及砷8种微量金属元素的含量。结果花粉中含有丰富的营养元素铁、铜、锌和锰,有毒元素镉和铅的含量非常少,砷的含量比较少,铝的含量比较多。8种微量元素在花粉中的加标回收率为93.4%-109.4%,标准偏差为1.11%~4.36%。结论ICP—AES可同时测定花粉中8种微量元素,并省时、省力、检出线低,精密度高。监测市售花粉,可确认花粉是一种很好的营养品。
