糖尿病患者血小板四项指标变化与微血管病变关系的研究

目的：探讨糖尿病患者血小板体积，压积、分布宽度和计数的变化与微血管病变的关系。方法：采用Ａｂｂｏｔｔ ＣＤ－１６００全自动血液分析仪分别对７８例糖尿病患者和７５例健康者ＭＰＶ、ＰＣＴ、ＰＤＷ、ＰＬＴ均进行测定；ＵＡＥＲ测定是用磺基水扬酸法；ＦＰＧ测定采用葡萄糖氧化酶法。结果：糖尿病患者ＭＰＶ、ＰＣＴ、ＰＤＷ、ＰＬＴ明显高于正常对照组（Ｐ〈０．０１），有微血管病变者更为明显，ＭＰＶ与ＦＰＣ呈正相关（

Study on the Relation Between Microvessel Lesion and 4 Indexes of Platelet in Diabetic Patients

Objective:To probe the relation between the microvessel lesion and mean platelet volume,PCT platelet distrbution width and platelet counting variation in diabetic patients.Methods:The MPV,PCT,PDW and PLT of 78 diabetic patients and 75 normal subjects were measured by using Abbott CD-1600 auto blood analyzer.UAER measurement was carried out by using the method of Sulphosalicylic acid while the FPG measure-ment was performed by the method of glucose oxidase.Results:The MPV,PCT,PDW and PCT were greater in diabetic patients than that in normal subjects (P<0.01);the microvessel lesion was more pronounced in diabetic patients.A positive correlation was present between MPV and FPG(P<0.05)).Conclusion:The increase of MPV is closely related with microvessel lesion which is mainly caused by the disorder of glucose metabolism.
