大承气冲剂和大黄的体外抑菌作用

目的：体外试验中药的抑菌作用。方法：采用平皿打孔法，选用临床分离常见致病的需氧菌和厌氧菌涂布于培基表面、打孔，分别加入大承气)中剂、大黄、灭滴灵、先锋霉素6号和生理盐水，观察其抑菌作用。结果：大承气冲剂对金葡菌、粪链球菌、大肠杆菌、单形类杆菌、变形棱杆菌和脆弱类杆菌高度敏感。大黄的抗菌活性与大承气冲剂相似，但对变形杆菌和粪链球菌的作用比全方差。结论：大承气冲剂对临床致病的需氧菌和厌氧菌均有一定的抑菌作用。

In Vitro Bacteriostatic Effect of Dachengqi(大承气) Decoction and DaHuang(大黄)

Objective To observe the bacteriostatic effect of Chinese herbal Dachengqi decoction in vitro.Methods The aerobic and anaerobic bacteria often clinically seen were isolated and Dachengqi decoction,DaHuang,metronidazole,Cephradine and normal saline treated respectively.Results Dachengqi decoction was highly sensitive to staphylococcus,fecal streptococcus,E.coli,Bacteriodes.Proteus and Bacteroides fragilis.DaHuang had the similar bacteriostatic effect as Dachengqi decoction,but its effect on Proteus and Streptococcus was weaker. Conclusion Dachengqi decoction proves in vitro bacteriostatic effect on both aerobic and anaerobic bacteria.
