固定夹板义齿修复牙周病伴牙列缺损的临床应用研究

目的 探讨固定夹板义齿修复牙周病伴牙列缺损的临床疗效.方法 20例牙周病患者经牙周综合治疗病情稳定后进行固定夹板义齿修复,共制作固定夹板义齿24件,基牙共计120颗,其中松动牙71颗;比较分析牙周病伴牙列缺损患者修复前,修复后6、12个月基牙松动度、牙龈指数、牙周袋、牙槽骨高度、牙周膜宽度和硬骨板的丧失,并进行问卷调查.结果 20例牙周病患者经修复治疗后,随着时间的推移,牙松动度减低,牙龈指数改善,牙周袋变浅,X线片显示基牙的牙周膜和硬骨板清晰完整,牙槽骨边缘高度未再见降低,骨密度明显增加,随访问答结果 显示,患者的咀嚼功能显著提高,患者对义齿比较满意.结论 固定夹板义齿修复牙周病伴牙列缺损具有良好的临床疗效.

Clinical investigation of fixed splinting dentures treatment in periodontal diseases denture defect

Objective： To study the clinical effects on patients with periodontal diseases after fixed splinting denture treatment. Methods ： Twenty-four fixed splinting dentures in 20 patients who totally had 120 abutment teeth, including 71 of mobility were studied. The follow-up period varied from 6 to 12 months. The changes of periodontal pocket depth and gingival index and tooth mobility of patients with periodontal disease,the height of alveolar bone, periodontal width, the loss of lamina dura, questions by questionnaire were determined before and after prosthesis with fixed splinting denture. Results： The observation time was 12 months. The results showed that the average depth of periodontal pocket and the tooth mobility decreased as time passed, and the gingival indexes were better. X-ray showed the lamina dura and periodontal ligament were clear, the height of alveolar bone remained stable, and the bone density increased. The kinds of foods they selected became more with fixed splinting dentures. Most of those patients were satisfied with their fixed splinting dentures. Conclusion ： The fixed splinting denture is a good method for the treatment of serious periodontal diseases with denture defect.
