26例宫内节育器异位的临床探讨

目的:探讨宫内节育器异位的发生原因及防治措施。方法:对2006年5月至2011年5月26例宫内节育器异位患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:26例宫内节育器异位患者经宫腔镜下取环、经腹取环、剖腹探查+经阴道取环、腹腔镜下取环等不同手术方法取出异位的节育器后,临床症状均全部消失。结论:严格遵守放置宫内节育器的手术适应症及禁忌症,提高计生人员的业务水平,术后定期随访,可减少并发症的发生,对宫内节育器异位应及时采用正确有效的治疗方法取出节育器。

The clinical study of 26 cases of ectopic IUD

Objective:To study the incidence of ectopic IUD causes and prevention measures.Methods:The retrospective analysis of clinical data of 26 patients of 26 cases of ectopic IUD from May 2006 to May 2011.Result:The clinical symptoms of 26 ectopic IUD patients have completely disappeared after their IUD were taken out by uteroscope,celioscope,cut abdomen,abdomen and vagina,and other method.Conclusion:Strictly abide by the IUD insertion procedure indications and contraindications,to improve the operational level of family planning personnel,regular follow-up after surgery,reduce complications,the ectopic IUD use should be timely taken out by effective treatment.
