清痹汤加减治疗湿热瘀阻型类风湿关节炎30例

目的观察清痹汤治疗类风湿关节炎活动期湿热瘀阻型的临床疗效。方法选取2010年5月至2011年5月山西中医学院附属医院风湿免疫科门诊就诊的类风湿关节炎湿热瘀阻型患者30例,使用清痹汤加减治疗,于治疗前记录患者的中西医症状体征,检测患者的ESR、CRP,用药15天后再次检测患者的ESR、CRP,同时观察患者的不良反应。结果临床痊愈3例,显效2例,有效9例,无效12例,脱落4例。总有效率53.8%,均无明显不良反应。结论清痹汤能明显改善湿热瘀阻型类风湿关节炎的症状。

Clinical Observation on Damp-heat Toxin Accumulation of Rheumatoid Arthritis Treated with Modified Qingbi Decoction

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Qingbi Decoction(QBD) in treating active rheumatoid arthritis(RA)of damp-heat toxin accumulation Bi-Zheng syndrome type.Methods From 2010 May to 2011 May, the Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Department of rheumatology outpatients with rheumatoid arthritis patients with damp-heat toxin accumulation in 30 cases, the use of Qingbi decoction treatment, before treatment with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine recorded symptoms, detection in patients with ESR, CRP, medication again 15 days after detection in patients with ESR, CRP, at the same time observation of the adverse reactions in patients. Results Clinical healing of three cases,Effective in two cases ineffective in cases of 12,falling four cases. The total efficiency of 53.8%,it is no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion Qingbi Decoction can significantly improve symptoms of active rheumatoid arthritis(RA)of damp-heat toxin accumulation Bi-Zheng syndrome type.
