腹腔镜与开腹手术在治疗盆腔炎性包块的临床疗效比较

目的:比较腹腔镜与开腹手术在治疗盆腔炎性包块中的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2005～2009年在我院治疗的68例女性盆腔炎性包块患者的相关资料,其中38例进行了腹腔镜手术治疗,30例进行了开腹手术治疗,比较两组间的手术时间、术后排气时间、体温恢复到正常时间、血象恢复时间、术中出血量、住院时间、术后复发情况、并发症发生情况。结果:腹腔镜手术与开腹手术比较,腹腔镜组手术时间、术后排气时间、体温恢复到正常时间、血象恢复时间、住院时间、抗生素使用时间、拆线时间短于开腹组,差异有显著性(P<0.0 5);腹腔镜组并发症及术中出血量、感染率小于开腹组,差异有显著性(P<0.0 5)。结论:腹腔镜治疗盆腔炎性包块和开腹手术相比,疗效优于开腹手术,值得临床推广应用。

The clinical effects of Laparoscopic and open surgery in the treatment of pelvic mass

Objective: To compare laparoscopic and open surgery in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory mass in the clinical efficacy.Methods:A retrospective analysis of hospital treatment in 2005~2009,68 cases of female with relevant information,38 cases underwent laparoscopic surgery,30 patients underwent open surgery.To compare between the two groups in the operative time,postoperative discharge time,body temperature returned to normal time,blood recovery time,blood loss,hospital stay,postoperative recurrence,complications.Results:Compared with open surgery,laparoscopic operative time,postoperative discharge time,body temperature returned to normal time,blood recovery time,hospital stay,antibiotic time are shorter than the laparotomy group(P<0.0 5),complications in the laparoscopic group and blood loss,infection rate is less than the laparotomy group(P<0.0 5).Conclusion:Laparoscopic treatment of pelvic mass is more effective than open surgery,is worthy of clinical application.
