| 摘 要： | 目的:了解综合医院护士亚健康状态,为促进护士身心健康和提高护士效率提供理论依据。方法:采用亚健康筛选表对3所综合医院的1194名护士进行无记名问卷调查。结果:932名(78%)护士处于亚健康状况,症状表现以躯体症状和心理症状为主;护士的年龄、学历和夜班数是护士亚健康状态的主要影响因素,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合医院护士亚健康状态发生率较高,与护士的年龄、学历和夜班数有关。相关部门应根据护士的不同特点采取相应的管理方法,减轻护士的工作压力,维护其身心健康。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the status of quo of sub-health of the nurses in comprehensive hospitals.Methods:1 194 nurses from three different comprehensive hospitals were investigated by the sun-health Screening Scale.Results:932(78%) nurses were in sub-health,which were manifested by physical and mental symptoms.The nurses of different ages、education background and night shift of a month who were significantly higher than that of normal(P<0.05).Conclusion:The sub-health status is common among the nurses working in comprehensive hospitals.To alleviate the pressure and keep a sound physical and mental health of the nurses,the administration should take different office procedures. |
