微创针刀治疗腰骶部慢性骨筋膜间隔综合征疗效观察

目的：探讨腰骶部慢性骨筋膜间隔综合征的治疗方法,观察微创小针刀疗效。方法：从2008年8月-2011年3月间,共治疗68例腰骶部慢性骨筋膜间隔综合征患者,其中男36例,女32例;年龄为17～81岁,慢性疼痛时间为1年～35年,平均16.3±9.7年;用自制针刀松解切开骨筋膜间隔室的方法,先局部浸润麻醉后采用五个进针点切开腰骶部竖脊肌筋膜减压,筋膜切开长度约12～14cm。结果：所有病人经4周～24周随访,（平均8.3±4.8周）61例病人疼痛消失,7例缓解,无大血肿及感染等并发症;治疗前后骨筋膜间隔室内压力（静息、运动中、运动后6min）比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：微创针刀治疗腰骶部慢性骨筋膜间隔综合征有较好疗效,具有创伤小,并发症少,病人易于接受等优点,值得推广应用。

Minimally invasive accupotomology chronic lumbar di ministry bone fascia compartment syndrome for a curative effect observation

objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of needle-knife in treatment to the chronic compartment syndrome in the lumbosacral region.Methods:68 patients(male 36 cases;female 32 cases) with chronic compartment syndrome in the lumbosacral region were treated with needle-knife,from August 2008 to April 2011.The ages were ranged from 17 to 81 years old.The average duration of pain was 16 years(range,1 to 35 years).Diagnoses were based on the clinical history,physical examination and BaiYueHong professor bone fascia pressure measuring method.The osteo-fascial compartment were cut and loosed by minimally invasive surgeries with needle-knife for all the patients.Results:The average duration of follow-up was 6 weeks(range,2 to 24 weeks) for all patients.59 patients were painless,9 patients had little pain,no complications occurred in all the patients.Conclusions: The clinical effect of needle-knife in treatment to the chronic lumbar osteo-fascial compartment syndrome was exact;it had fewer traumas,was easily accepted and be worthy of popularizing.
