米索前列醇联合缩宫素预防产后出血的疗效观察

摘    要:目的:观察米索前列醇联合缩宫素预防产后出血的疗效。方法:选择2009年1月至2010年12月我院住院经阴道分娩的产妇126例,随机分为两组:观察组71例,于胎儿娩出后立即予缩宫素20 U肌注,同时口服米索前列醇600μg。对照组55例,于胎儿娩出后立即予缩宫素20 U肌注。观察两组产妇胎儿娩出后至产后2 h的阴道出血量。结果:两组产妇的年龄、孕周、体重及新生儿体重方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组产妇胎儿娩出后至产后2h的阴道出血量相比,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:米索前列醇联合缩宫素预防产后出血,疗效优于单用缩宫素,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:Objective:To observe The curative effects of Misoprostol combined with Oxytocin in treating postpartum hemorrhage.Methods:Selection of 126 mothers by the vaginal delivery form January,2009 to December,2010 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups: the observation group 71 examples,the babies immediately after childbirth goes out to oxytocin 20 U muscle note,and oral misoprostol 600 μg.The control group 55 cases,of the fetal childbirth goes out to oxytocin immediately after 20 U muscle note.Observe the two groups of maternal postpartum fetal childbirth after 2 hours to the vaginal blood loss.Results:The maternal age,gestational age,weight,and the weight of the new-born,had no statistically significant differences(P>0.05).The vaginal of blood loss,during the 2 hours after childbirth,had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Misoprostol combined with Oxytocin in preventing and treating postpartum hemorrhage is more effective then using oxytocin only.It is worthy of clinical application.
