依达拉奉治疗急性高血压性脑梗死的疗效观察

目的:探讨常规治疗急性高血压性脑梗死和常规治疗加用依达拉奉治疗急性高血压性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:70例急性高血压性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各35例,对照组用常规治疗方法(口服阿司匹林、辛伐他汀,静脉滴注舒血宁、胞磷胆碱等),治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加依达拉奉注射液30 mg,加入0.9%氯化钠注射液100 mL静脉滴注,2次/d,疗程为14 d,治疗前后进行疗效评定。结果:治疗组治疗2周后神经功能缺损程度积分较对照组明显下降(P<0.05),总有效率比对照组高,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:常规治疗加依达拉奉注射液治疗急性高血压性脑梗死,能进一步改善神经功能缺损症状,提高疗效,值得临床上推广应用。

Clinical Effect Observation in Acute Cerebral Infarction of Hyperension Therapy with Edaravone

Objective:To discuss clinical effect of General Treatment adding Edaravone in treating acute Cerebral Infarction of Hyperension.Methods:70 cases were divided into the Control Group(35 cases) and the Treatment Group(35 cases).The control group took General Treatment(composite aspirin and simvastain by oral,Shuxuening injection and citicoline injection by intravenous drip),the treatment group took the general treatment,adding Edaravone 30mg mixture of 0.9% sodium chloride injection 100ml by intravenous drip 2/d,for 14 days.The curative effect was compared between the two groups in way of the assessment score of nerve function defect and the total effective rate.Results:The assessment score of nerve function defect in the Treatment Group was obviously lower than that in the Control Group(P<0.05),the total effective rate of the Treatment Group was significantly higher than that of the Control Group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acute Cerebral Infarction of Hyperension treated with General Treatment adding Edaravone might improve the neurological function deficit and raise clinical effect.
