| 摘 要： | 目的:建立硫酸头孢匹罗细菌内毒素检查的方法。方法:参照《中国药典》2005年版(二部)附录细菌内毒素检查法及其指导原则进行干扰试验。结果:调节本品pH值至5.5左右,其浓度稀释在2.5mg.ml-1时无干扰作用。结论:硫酸头孢匹罗可用细菌内毒素检查法控制其质量。

| Abstract: | Objective: To establish a method of bacterial endotoxins test for Cefpirome Sulfate.Methods: According to the ChP 2005 Edt.,inhibition or enhancement test for bacterial endotoxins test was carried out for Cefpirome Sulfate.Results: The test was not disturbed when the solution was adjusted to pH 5.5 and diluted to 2.5 mg·ml-1.Conclusion: Bacterial endotoxins test could be used for Cefpirome Sulfate. |
