| 摘 要： | 根据黄酮类化合物抑制血小板聚集的机制和结构－活性关系，设计了五个７－乙酰水杨酰氧基黄酮衍生物，并由Ｂ环带不同取代基的７－羧基黄酮与乙酰水杨酰氯反应成酯而制得，其抑制血小板聚集活性正在研究中。

| Abstract: | According to the mechanism of the inhibiting action of flavonoids on platelet aggregation and the structure-activity relationship.derivatives were designed and prepared form 7-hydroxyflavone with different groups on B-ring and acetylsalicylic acid.The study of the inhibiting action of those compounds on platelet aggregation is undergoing. |
