| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨多脏器严重损伤的急救治疗方法 .方法 对我院自2003年3月-2008年4月,对58例多脏器严重损伤患者使用改进后的急救治疗措施,强调伤后1小时为抢救的＂黄金时间＂,组织快速、严密、有序的抢救治疗程序.结果 58例病人中,恢复良好38例,轻残11例,死亡10例,死亡率17.2%,治疗效果良好.结论 快速、严密、有序的伤后1小时抢救是抢救成功的关键.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the treatment of 58 cases with severe multiple-organs damages and find out the golden time for rescue.Methods rapid,strict,sequnential and comprehensive methods were adopted in treatment.Results among 58 cases,38 cases recovered,11 cases were gently disabled and 10 cases were dead,the death rate was 17.2%.Conclusion the first 1 hour after damage is the golden time for aid. |
