致康胶囊用于混合痔术后创面的临床疗效观察

目的观察致康胶囊去壳外用于混合痔术后创面的临床疗效。方法将中国中医科学院广安门医院120例混合痔术后患者随机分为治疗组（60例）和对照组（60例）。对照组每次换药时生理盐水棉球清洁创面后,用凡士林纱布局部覆盖,无菌纱布2块包扎。治疗组每次换药时生理盐水棉球清洁创面后外敷致康胶囊去壳粉剂,每次1粒,凡士林纱布外敷后,无菌纱布2块包扎。观察并记录两组患者术后7 d,创面出血、疼痛、创面渗出等症状,以及创面愈合时间、临床疗效。结果两组患者均临床治愈,治疗组创面愈合时间、创面出血的天数与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）;两组对术后1-7 d的总体疼痛评价和创面渗出液情况比较差异有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。结论致康胶囊去壳粉剂外用于混合痔术后创面,能明显减少创面出血,缩短愈合天数,减少创面渗出,减轻患者疼痛,改善患者对治疗的满意度,疗效显著,有一定的临床应用、推广价值。

Clinical effect observation of Zhikang Capsule applied on postoperative wound after hemorrhoidectomy

Objective To observe the clinical effect of extemal application of the shelled Zhikang Capsule on postoperative wound after mixed hemorrhoid operation. Methods 120 patients undergoing mixed hemorrhoid surgery were divided into the treatment group （60 cases） and the control group （60 cases） respectively. The control group＇s postoperative wounds were cleaned with cotton balls soaked in saline, partial covered by petrolatum gauze and bandaged with two pieces of sterile gauzes during each dressing. While the treatment group＇s wounds each time were cleaned with cotton balls soaked in saline, external applied the powder of one shelled Zhikang Capsule, partial covered by petrolatum gauze and bandaged with two pieces of sterile gauzes. The post-operative condition of both two groups were observed and recorded for 7 days, such as symptoms of bleeding wound, pain, wound exudation, the wound healing time and clinical effect. Results Patients of both two groups were clinical cured., there is significant difference on the wound healing time and numbers of wound bleeding days between control group and treatment group （P 〈 0.05）. There is statistical significance on overall pain evaluation and wound exudate between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The powder of shelled Zhikang Capsule for external application on postoperative wound after mixed hemorrhoid surgery can reduce wound bleeding, shorten the wound healing time, reduce exudate, relieve pain, improve patient satisfactory. Therefore, with notable curative effect, it is worth of clinical application and dissemination.
