近年来,人口老龄化问题十分突出,而随着老龄人口数量的增长,老年痴呆的发病率也迅速增加。老年痴呆除了能够导致记忆力、定向力等认知功能障碍外,还可引起睡眠障碍。睡眠障碍的发生,会使患者的认知功能障碍进一步加重,也可能是痴呆的危险因素之一。阿尔茨海默病(AD)是老年痴呆的主要类型,该文从AD睡眠障碍的流行概况、特点、发生机制、治疗等方面对AD睡眠障碍的研究进展进行综述。

Research Progress of Sleep Disorders of Alzheimer Disease

In recent years,aging is a prominent issue,and the incidence of senile dementia increases rapidly with the growth of number of the elderly.In addition to memory deficit,disorientation and other cognitive impairments,senile dementia can also cause sleep disorders.Cognitive impairmentswill be further aggravated by sleep disorders,and sleep disorders may be one of the risk factors of dementia.Alzheimer disease(AD) is the main type of senile dementia,and here is to make a review on the research progress of sleep disorders in AD patients from aspects of epidemiology,characteristics,pathogenesis,and therapy of AD.
