改良早期预警评分的临床应用进展

病情评估是急诊危重症重要的工作内容,及时、准确预测疾病风险,有利于提高医疗安全。改良早期预警评分是一种简单、易行的评估工具,因其参数较易取得,计算简单,有较好的评估效能。近年来其不仅在院前急救、院内急诊、ICU等领域有应用研究,部分学者还在干细胞移植等领域进行尝试,或通过调整评分参数改善其预测能力。该文就国内外应用现状,结合文献对研究情况予以综述。

Progress of Clinical Application of Modified Early Warning Score

It is very important to detect risk of deterioration in patients in medical wards.In order to improve patient safety,predicting death risk promptly and precisely is necessary.Modified early warning score is a simple and exercisable tool because it′s easy to obtain the parameters and the calculation is simple with good assessment value.In recent years,it is applied not only in pre-hospital care,emergency treatment and intensive care unit but also in stem cell transplantation.Some attempt to improve the capability of prediction by adjusting parameter have been published.Here is to make a review on the current situation of the application in China and abroad.
