血清CEA、CA19-9和CA72-4在胃癌患者诊疗中的临床价值研究

目的分析血清癌胚抗原(CEA),癌抗原19-9(CA19-9)和癌抗原72-4(CA72-4)在胃癌患者诊疗中的临床价值。方法回顾性分析上海市浦东新区浦南医院2010年1月至2011年4月手术治疗的37胃癌患者的临床资料,并以同期38例健康者作为对照,测定胃癌患者手术前、后的血清CEA、CA19-9和CA72-4水平,并对不同人群的测定结果进行比较分析。结果手术前胃癌患者的血清CEA、CA19-9和CA72-4水平均明显高于健康者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);胃癌患者有淋巴结转移的血清CEA、CA19-9和CA72-4水平明显高于无淋巴结转移者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);手术后胃癌患者的血清CEA、CA19-9和CA72-4水平与健康者比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血清CEA、CA19-9和CA72-4在胃癌患者的诊断及预后判定中具有一定的临床价值。

A Study on Clinical Value of Serum CEA,CA19-9 and CA72-4 in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Gastric Carcinoma

Objective To investigate the clinical value of serum CEA,CA19-9 and CA72-4 in the diagnosis and treatment of gastric carcinoma.Methods From January 2010 to April 2011 in Punan Hospital of Shanghai City,the clinical data of 37 patients with gastric carcinoma were retrospectively analyzed,during the same period 38 cases of healthy subjects were selected as control,before and after surgery,the serum CEA,CA19-9 and CA72-4 levels of patients with gastric carcinoma were determined,then the levels of above indexes were compared among different populations.Results Before surgery,the serum CEA,CA19-9 and CA72-4 levels of patients with gastric carcinoma were significantly higher than healthy subjects,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the serum CEA,CA19-9 and CA72-4 levels of lymph node metastasis patients were significantly higher than non-metastasis patients,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after surgery,the serum CEA,CA19-9 and CA72-4 levels of patients with gastric carcinoma compared with healthy subjects,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The serum CEA,CA19-9 and CA72-4 can provide useful clinical information for the diagnosis and prognosis of patients with gastric carcinoma.
