抗生素相关性肠炎患者诊治的临床思维分析

目的提高临床医师对抗生素相关性肠炎的关注程度,同时提高临床药师的临床思维能力。方法通过分析临床药师参与1例抗生素相关性肠炎病例治疗时的经过,将临床药师的临床思维、药学监护及病情转归进行归纳总结。结果经过口服甲硝唑,并给予调节菌群,维持水、电解质平衡等对症支持治疗,该患者取得了满意的临床效果。结论临床药师积极参与临床治疗方案,关注药物不良反应,对提高治疗效果、减少药源性疾病的发生具有重要意义。

Clinical thinking analysis on diagnosis and treatment of patients with antibiotic-associated colitis

Objective To improve the degree of concern of the clinicians in antibiotic-associated colitis, and to improve the thought of the clinical pharmacists. Methods According to the analysis of the process that the clinical pharmacists had participated in the treatment of the patient who suffered from antibiotic-associated colitis （AAC）, the thought of the clinical pharmacist, the pharmaceutical care and disease outcomes were classified and summarized. Resuits Through the symptomatic and supportive treatment of oral metronidazole, adjustment of intestinal flora, maintaining of water and electrolyte balance, a satisfactory therapeutic efficacy was achieved. Conclusion Clinical pharmacists actively participate in drug treatment programs, concern of adverse drug reactions, which has great significance for improving therapeutic efficacy and reducing the drug-induced diseases.
