| 摘 要： | 近年来,随着腹腔镜和内镜治疗技术的不断发展及成熟,使得胃肠道手术由传统的开腹手术发展为以腹腔镜与软式内镜联合完成的微创手术。双镜联合进行手术,具有定位病灶准确,手术时间短,手术创伤少,患者术后恢复快等优点,故这一技术得到越来越广泛的应用。现就双镜联合技术在胃肠道手术中的应用现状与进展予以综述。

| Abstract: | Recent years,with the development and the maturity of the therapeutic techniques of laparoscope and endoscope,the traditional laparotomy is being replaced by minimally invasive surgery combined with laparoscopy and flexible endoscope.This combined operation technology has the advantages of less trauma of operation,shorter operation time,more accurate location,and sooner recovery.Therefore,this surgery technique has been widely applied in clinic now.Here is to make a review on the current application and the development of the combined technique of laparoscope and endoscope in gastrointestinal surgery. |
