影响出院指导实施的相关因素调查分析及对策

目的：提高出院指导水平，满足病人的健康需求。方法：采用问卷调查对开展整体护理的老年病房102名护士进行问卷调查。结果：56．0％的护士对出院指导的重视程度不够，41．7％的护士缺乏相关理论知识，85．0％的护士采用灌输式教育方法。结论：应明确护士在出院指导中的地位和作用，加强相关理论知识的培训力度，强化以护理程序为工作规程的教育方法，注重检查和反馈，以求不断提高出院指导水平，满足病人健康需求。

Investigation on the Related Factors for Guidance for Discharged Pati ents and Strategy

Objective To increase the level of the guidance for discharged patients to meet the healthy demand of the patients. Methods By using questionnaire, a questionnaire investigation was performed on 102 nurses from the gerontal wards developing holistic nursing care. Results 56.0 % nurses paid less attention to the guidance for discharged patients, 41.7 % of the nurses were lack for related theoretical knowledge and 85 0 % did the guidance for discharged patients using indoctrinization method. Conclusion The roles of nurses in the guidance for discharged patients should be unambiguous. It is necessary to strengthen the training of related theoretical knowledge, consolidate the teaching methods regarding the nursing program as working regulations, pay attention to check and feedback for repeatedly increase the levels of guidance for discharged patients.
