| 摘 要： | 本研究拟通过对老年尸体颞下颌关节标准侧位体层片Ｘ线改变与相应标本病理学观察对照研究，探讨颞下颌关节骨关节病不同Ｘ线征像的病理变化。将８４侧尸体关节标本中间层标准侧位体层片资料及关节标本中间块肉眼观及间断性连续组织学切片资料结果分４组进行比较分析。结果表明：①仅以关节软骨表面纤维层是否完整为标准来区分关节改建和骨关节病是不适当的。早期的骨关节病改变除可发生在关节软骨外，尚可在关节软骨覆盖组织完整的情况下，于骨软骨交界处发生。从而认为，骨关节病的定义应予以扩展。②组织病理学观察证明，Ｘ线检查出现明确的骨质硬化、破坏、囊样变及骨赘者，均为骨关节病较可靠的征像

| Abstract: | Weanalysedtheresultsofthecentralstandardlateraltomographicfindingsandthemicroscopic/microscopicobservationsonthemiddleportionoftheautopsymaterialsof84temporo-mandibularjoints.Itwasnotsuitabletodiferentiateremodelingandosteoarthrosisofthetemporo-mandibularjointonlybywhetherthesurfacearticularzoneofthearticularcartilageisintactornot.Theearlychangesofosteoarthrosiscouldoccurintheinterfaceofthebone-cartilageexceptoccuringinthearticularzone,eventhoughthesurfacearticularzonewasintact.Therefore,wesuggestthatthedefinitionofosteoarthrosisshouldbewider.Histopathologicobservationsprovedthatthedefinteradiographicsigns,suchassclerosis,erosion,pseudocyst,osteophyteandsoonshowedonthelater-altomographswerecrediblesignsinthediagnosisofosteoarthrosis. |
