循证医学(EBM)核心内容是有关医疗的各项活动必须以客观的研究成果为依据,要求临床实践应以科学证据为指导,进行科学治病和客观研究,是医学治疗学的决策指南和发展方向,是世界医学界普遍适用的.中医药学重视对临床经验的积累和总结,以及对医学文献的收集和整理.传统中医药人才的培养模式是在中医的学术框架下发展起来的.随着循证医学的发展,中医药人才应当是具有较高的科研素质,能写出高水平的研究论文,是经验丰富的病史采集者、临床体检者、考虑周详的诊断者和治疗者.同时对中医药学生的创新能力和创造力的培养尤为重要.

A talk on cultivation of Chinese medicine professionals from aspect of EBM development

The core of EBM is concerned with impersonal research production which is the basis of every medical activity and the guidance of every clinical pract ice. Chinese medicine put great stress on the accumulation and summary of clinic al experience and the collection and coordination of medical literatures. The mo des for training traditional Chinese medicine professionals are formed on the ac ademic Chinese medicine frames. With the development of EBM, Chinese medicine pr ofessionals are required to have high level of scientific research qualities to produce high level research papers, rich collection of patients' disease histori es, and considerate diagnosis and treatment. In the meanwhile, cultivation of th e students' creativity and innovation ability should be more emphasized.
