| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨生精胶囊治疗男子少精子不育症的临床疗效。方法：将84例少精子不育症患者以就诊顺序随机分为治疗组（生精胶囊组）46例和对照组（五子衍宗片组）38例，疗程均为90天，然后进行疗效判定，比较两组总有效率。结果：两组总有效率分别为84．78％和60．53％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论：生精胶囊对男子少精子不育症有较好的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objectives： To study the effect of Shengjing capsule on patients with oligospermia. Methods： 84 cases of oligospermia were randomly divided into treapy group which including 46 cases treated with Shengjing capsule, and cntrol group including 38 cases treated with Wuziyanzong tablet. All were treated for 90 days, the therapeutic efficacy was evaluated after treatment follow - up. Results ： Mter 90 days of treatment, the total effective rate of treaty group （ 84.78% ） was obviously better than that of control group（ 60. 53% ） （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The effect of Shengjing capsule on male infertility with oligospermia was satisfactory. |
