急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死采用血栓抽吸治疗的临床应用价值探析

目的：分析急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死采用血栓抽吸治疗的应用效果。方法将本院收治急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者120例为治疗组行血栓抽吸，另120例患者行常规治疗。结果两组患者血管再通率100%；治疗组无复流发生率低于对照组， CK-MB、ST段回落率均低于对照组， LVEDD、LVEF改善情况优于对照组（P〈0.05）。治疗组复发率为4.2%，对照组复发率13.3%，两组对比（P〈0.05），对症处理好转。结论血栓抽吸治疗急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死，安全有效，疗效显著。

Clinical application value of ST segment elevation acute myocardial infarction with thrombus aspiration treatment

Objective To analyze the application effect of thrombus suction in treatment of acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction. Methods Our hospital 120 cases of patients with acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction as treatment group suction line of thrombosis, the other 120 patients undergoing routine treatment. Results Two groups of patients with vascular rate of 100%;The treatment group was lower than the control group, the incidence of no reflow CK-MB, ST segment fell back rate are lower than the control group, LVEDD, LVEF improved better than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Treatment group recurrence rate was 4.2%, the control group 4.2%respectively, compared the two groups （P〈0.05）, those with better. Conclusion Thrombus suction treatment acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction, safe and effective, curative effect is remarkable.
