肾综合征出血热病毒呼吸道感染免疫抑制小鼠的研究

采用肾综合征出血热（ＨＦＲＳ）病毒经呼吸道和腹腔注射感染环磷酰按免疫抑制的成龄ＢＡＬＢ／ｃ小鼠．实验发现ＨＦＲＳ病毒通过两种感染途径均可引起免疫抑制动物发病和死亡，病毒气溶胶通过呼吸道感染引起动物死亡率为４３％，腹腔注射感染引起的死亡率为６１％。该病毒通过呼吸道可以迅速扩散至全身，从肺洗液巨噬细胞可以分离得到病毒．该结果表明，呼吸道是ＨＦＲＳ病毒敏感的侵入途径，在体内的扩散可能是肺巨噬细胞游走携带作用的结果；对于免疫功能低下的动物，呼吸道感染可以导致急性致死性感染。

Study of HFRS Virus Aerosol Infection of Respiratory Tract in Immunosuppressed Mice

Adult BALB/c mice were challenged with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome(HFRS) virus through aerosol or intraperitoneal(i.p)route.Two kinds of animal models were used including unimmunosuppressed mice and cyclophosphamide immunosuppressed mice.It was found that the immunosuppressed adult mice developed a lethal disease after infection.The mortality rate was 43% for aerosol infected mice and 61% for i.p.infected ones.HFRS virus could transmit to other tissues rapidly through respiratory route and the virus were observed in pulmonary alveolar macrophages(PAM).The results show that immunosuppressed adult mice were susceptible to acute infection by HFRS virus aerosol.The virus might be transmitted to other tissues by migratory virus-laden PAM.
