补充精,酪氨酸对高温下体温调节的影响

摘    要:初步探讨了高温环境下补充氨基酸对体温调节的影响。结果显示补充酪氨酸后小鼠在热应激和热习服过程中肛温明显低于对照组.而单一精氨酸则作用不明显。提示高温下作业补充适量酪氨酸和精氨酸不仅可减少热应激反应,还可提高耐热能力并缩短热习服期。

Abstract:The paper explore the effect of supplementing amino acid on temperature regulate under high temperature.The experiment result showed that mice rectum temperature(RT) were lower in supplement tyrosine group than the control in heat stress(HS)and in heat accilimatization(HA),and supplementing arginine the effect on temperature regulate was not significant.It is suggest supplementing a proper amount of tyrosine and arginine can may evident effect of regulate temperature and reducing the respone to heat stress.It can also enhance the heat stable potency and promote the formation of heat adapation.
